Emergency Grant

The Foundation rarely makes emergency grants. We do make emergency grants to well-respected organizations that serve the public. All such grants are made by the trustees and are made without a full application. We send the grant to the organization best suited to serve the public in times of dire need. We will send the check as soon as possible, along with a full explanatory letter and a grant agreement form. We need the grant agreement form to be reviewed and signed in due time. We need these forms signed and returned for our annual audits.

Please note that the Castle Foundation does not make emergency grants to address institutional problems of organizations; we grant such funds only to organizations seeking to provide immediate relief to the public in need.
